SPECIFICATIONS
- A qualified member of Bestec Home Inspections engineering department will return
to the roof the next day. He will take exact measurements, determining
exactly where the trapped water is located, and produce a Computer Aided
Design (CAD), providing you with exact information as to how much of
your roof is effected.This information will assist you in making the
important decision to reroof or repair your existing roof. Bestec Home Inspections
state licensed engineer will prepare a complete report that includes
photos of roofing problems, infrared images showing exactly where the
roof failed, and a scale drawing of your roof. This comprehensive report
will give you the important information you need to know when discussing
your project with the roofing contractor of your choice.
CONSULTATION
- Bestec Home Inspections provides expert roofing consulting, with a service that guarantees
the best repair decision. We prepare the tailor made specifications,
to meet your budget and your needs. This includes an American Institute
of Architects (AIA) contract, and a complete detailed bid package for
you to present to your roofing contractor. We provide the roofing contractor
of your choice with all the specifications and drawings to quickly obtain
building permits, and personally inspect the materials and workmanship
as the roofing project is taking place. After the roof is installed,
we provide you with infrared and visual inspections necessary to maintain
your roof warranty.
